ABOUT
Jaqualine Shanee Hall is a visual artist from the Sandhills region of North Carolina, now residing in the Washington, D.C. area. She earned her BFA in Two-Dimensional Media in 2016 from Weber State University and is finishing her MFA in Fine Arts at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at the George Washington University. She creates drawings, mixed-media paintings, and photographs using layered scanography techniques and external light sources. Her works explore themes of the body, grief, emotional, and ecological haunting.
